Candlelit Connections is an evening designed for women seeking a deeper connection to themselves. Supported with mediation and breathwork practice in a calm and kind environment this unique gathering is designed as space where women can bond, celebrate, and relax together. There will be an invitation to share but the only expectation will be to listen. To listen deeply in a way that we have fallen out of favour with. To listen without the need to reply or to fix or to rescue... As women often do. There is no telling where the evening may go. So I ask, are you able to listen? To yourself and to your heart's desire? I trust the ones who are ready to step into the unknown. If only for a short while. To hold and be held. You are my people.
